Our accredited institution focuses on equipping students with practical expertise that meets industry demands, enabling them to secure stable employment, support their families, and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s economic growth. By offering accessible, high-quality vocational education, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and build brighter futures for our students and their communities. Each of our programs is designed to address the critical needs of our community, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to discover and pursue their passion.
We aspire to inspire our students to dream more, learn more, achieve more, and grow more in their respective life journeys.

Our Values
Guiding Every Step of the College Experience:
Ready to take the next step toward a brighter future?
Building a Strong Foundation of Legacy, Growth, and Success
At FOCUS Dream Vocational Technical Training College, every classroom, lab, and graduation ceremony is infused with a purpose that transcends education—it’s about legacy, community upliftment, and driving long-term growth. Our journey began with the vision of transforming the educational landscape in Kenya by creating a place where knowledge and compassion intersect, where students don’t just learn a trade but learn to change lives, starting with their own.
Our partnership with Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School of Continuing Education (Monty Tech) embodies this commitment. By aligning with Monty Tech, our students not only gain practical skills but also benefit from the wisdom of seasoned professionals who understand that quality education is more than technical training—it’s about molding character, nurturing dreams, and fostering resilience. Students in our Health Services Support program earn dual certification, a testament to our rigorous and holistic approach.
The Health Services Support program was our inaugural offering—a beacon of hope for those seeking to uplift their families, communities, and future generations through healthcare. We laid the foundation by focusing on caregiving, understanding that nurturing others is the heart of transforming lives. Over the course of six months, students transition from classroom learning, both in person and via international Zoom sessions, to hands-on experience in local hospitals, where they practice applying their newfound skills in real-life situations. The impact has been profound: those who once saw limited paths are now vital caregivers, healing their communities with expertise and empathy.
Â
Since we opened our doors, the enthusiasm and commitment of our students have been nothing short of inspiring. Driven by the desire to secure meaningful employment and make an impact in underserved communities, these students are redefining what it means to be a caregiver. They are the future—not just for themselves but for the entire community that depends on them.
A Journey Marked by Milestones and Growth
Since its inception, FOCUS Dream Vocational Technical Training College has stood as a beacon of opportunity and transformation. Our journey reached a significant milestone in July 2023, with our inaugural graduation ceremony. On that day, 35 students proudly donned their caps and gowns, stepping into the workforce as newly qualified professionals. It was more than just a celebration—it marked the culmination of hard work, resilience, and the beginning of a legacy of empowerment.
This year, we continued that momentum, proudly celebrating the achievements of over 160 students who completed our Health Services Support courses. Each graduate is a testament to the transformative power of education and the determination to surpass limitations. These accomplishments belong not just to FOCUS Dream Vocational Technical Training College but to the entire community, proving that when opportunities are present, positive change is inevitable.
But we are not stopping here. Our mission is to expand and evolve, ensuring our programs meet the dynamic demands of the job market. We are dedicated to equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their communities. From healthcare to technology, our diverse programs address essential fields for Kenya’s economic development.
Our ultimate goal is to be Kenya’s leading vocational and technical training institution, where every student gains more than just preparation for the job market—they find the inspiration to dream bigger. With our comprehensive curriculum, dedicated staff, and supportive environment, we nurture students ready to make a lasting impact on their communities and the world.
